GOVERNESS/NANNY SERVICES AGREEMENT

BETWEEN

ROOKIES CONSULT (PROVIDER)
AND THE GOVERNESS/NANNY/TEACHER WITH NAME AS STATED ON THE REQUEST FORM

WHEREAS:

1. The Provider is a referral business whose area of business cuts across referrals, early childhood 0 – 9, educational consultation, training, children event planning, and general merchandising.
2. The Governess/Nanny/Teacher are comprised of applicant whose name is on the form and applying to be engaged by Rookies to provide services of a governess/nanny/teacher.
3. The Provider whose name is on the form will be refered to as The Governess/Nanny/Teacher upon the conditions hereunder set forth.

IT IS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

The Governess/Nanny are agents of Rookies employed by families/schools for childcare services.

The Governess/Nanny will get paid by Rookies
The Governess/Nanny will commit minimum of 2 years to Rookies, however, this contract can be broken provided one month notice is given for replacement.

SCREENING : The Governess/Nanny shall undertake the preliminary screening of getting relevant details of their background, getting guarantors, health checks will be conducted and paid by the family.

Cllearing with the Nigeria Police to ensure their employability status and registering them on data base. The Governess/Nanny will be trained by Rookies Montessori Center and shall pay upon securing employment and agreed payment plan.

The Governess/Nanny shall be employed by a family to provide the functions of a Governess/Nanny as stipulated by Rookies Montessori Centre.
